«Ведмежий двір» являє собою комплекс, що складається з 3-х котеджів. В 1 корпусі розташована рецепція і номери категорії Люкс. Номери категорії Стандарт розташовані в 2 корпусі. Третій корпус включає в себе обідній зал і номери категорії Напівлюкс. Три корпуси готелю розраховані на 30 номерів.
