In the Dolomites, winter begins not only with fresh snow and perfect slopes, but also with an event that gourmets await every year. The Gourmet Skisafari in Alta Badia has long become a true classic and the official opening of the culinary winter season.
This is a unique format where guests travel from hut to hut on skis, and between the slopes they taste signature dishes from Michelin-starred chefs.

A journey of flavors among the Dolomites
As part of the project “A taste for skiing”, five famous chefs create exclusive dishes especially for this event. Each of them is served in different mountain restaurants of Alta Badia and is accompanied by carefully selected wines from South Tyrol.
A special atmosphere is created by the fact that some of the chefs are personally present on the route, so guests can not only taste their work, but also chat with the authors of the dishes.
