Invoices are issued for confirmed applications by 23:59 on calendar days at the current rate.
If the application is confirmed after 23:59, the bill will be issued on the next calendar day at the current rate.
The first issued invoice is valid for 2 calendar days.
The account is available in the agent's personal account under the specific application by clicking on the "Application payment" link between 11:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on calendar days.
Payment of the application is credited at the exchange rate at the time of its receipt.
If there are 15 days or less before the start of the tour, the application must be paid in full within 2 calendar days, but no later than one day before the start of the tour.
If there are 16 or more days before the start of the tour, you can use the "Payment in installments" service. Please note that the "Payment in installments" service does not apply to "Early Booking" requests, if the "Early Booking" conditions state otherwise, and is also not possible if specific payment terms are specified in the confirmation.
If services were added to the confirmed application, the surcharge invoice is valid for one calendar day.
In case of violation of the payment schedule, the rate of the day of confirmation is fixed on the application and all invoices, starting from the first day of late payment, are calculated at the current rate, but not lower than the rate of the day of confirmation.
