An unusual tourist complex is being developed in Cappadocia, combining a themed hotel, modern entertainment, and immersive technologies that bring the region's atmosphere to life.
NeoCappadocia is being built in the Avanos district of Nevşehir province, on a private site covering approximately 5,000 m².

NeoCappadocia is designed for year-round operation, with an expected annual footfall of over 500,000 visitors.
The project is being implemented by DOF Robotics in collaboration with the international firm Katapult, which specializes in creating themed spaces and entertainment venues.
When will it open? According to DOF Robotics, the project is scheduled for completion in 2027. The exact opening date and the number of hotel rooms have not yet been announced.
It seems Cappadocia is preparing to offer travelers not only hot air balloon rides but also an entirely new way to experience the region.
