Vrsar is a small seaside town and municipality in Istria, located 9 km south of Poreč.
The historic center is located on the top of the hill, including the church of St. Martin and the 40-meter bell tower.
In the 20th century, the town expanded down the hill into the neighborhood.
It is a popular summer destination with large campsites, private residences and a modern marina.
