Megeve

Megeve is one of the most popular and picturesque ski resorts in France. Its founder was Baroness Rothschild. Despite the modern buildings, the spirit of the alpine village has been preserved in the resort town.

Mezhev is one of the most prestigious alpine resorts.

The ski season here lasts from December to April
The distance from Geneva airport is 90 km (1-1.5 hours).
The distance from Lyon airport is 170 km (2-2.5 hours).

The most interesting, most beautiful and at the same time difficult descents can be found in the areas of Mont-Jolie and Mont-Jou.
Another section with "red" and "black" tracks is in Kit-2000.
Those who are not so confident in their abilities should pay attention to the descents to Mont d'Arbois or Compla. Beginners will also find places to ride in Megeve, easy "green" and "blue" tracks can be found not only down by the town, but also in all three skiing areas.

Snowboarders will appreciate the descents in Combloux-Le-Jaillet, as well as the Piste de Fantin border run in Cote 2000 - Rochebrune.
