Tignes shares L'Espace Killy with Val d'Isere and with over 300km (190 miles) of pistes, 150 shops, 115 bars, numerous ski schools, over 1,500 staff and plenty of off-piste resorts, it has become one of Europe's top resorts .

Thanks to its altitude, Tin has very reliable snow indicators, which, after recent seasons of reduced snowfall, has encouraged people to choose high-altitude resorts.

Tignes stands out with its excellent snowfall and great ski runs suitable for both beginners and experts.
The resort encompasses a number of villages, including Val Claret, Le Lac, Le Lavache, Tignes 1850 and Tignes-les-Brevières, each with its own unique charm and amenities.

Val Claret, located at an altitude of 2,100 meters, boasts a great location at the foot of the Grande Motte funicular, providing quick access to the slopes.
Although Le Lac and Le Lavache exude a quaint country atmosphere, they also provide easy access to the slopes and a direct route to the Val d'Isère.
These villages are filled with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
For those looking for a more peaceful setting, Tignes 1850 and Tignes Les Brevieres represent tranquil villages that fit seamlessly into the mountain landscape, yet offer easy access to the slopes.

According to the Ski and Snowboard Guide, Tignes/Val d'Isère is one of only two ski areas in France to be listed as a "Snow Reliable Resort".
