Val Thorens is the highest mountain resort in Europe and the highest point of the world's largest ski area of the Three Valleys.
The station operates from November 25, 2023 to May 5, 2024. Located in the heart of a large natural park with six glaciers, the Val Thorens resort offers numerous routes for skiing under sunny skies all day long.
The Val Thorens resort is divided into 2 zones: the quieter one - Caron, and the more active one - Péclé.
Hotels and lifts are located in such a way that almost all hotels can be reached on skis. One of the distinctive features of the resort is the small number of cars on the streets.
The height of the resort reaches 2300 m above sea level. The length of the tracks is 150 km.
The first of three ski lifts was installed at the resort in 1971, after which the first ski school was opened in 1972.
