Metamorfosi is a quiet bayside settlement stretching from a long shallow beach to a hillside. The main territory of the settlement is occupied by traditional white houses and elegant resorts. In the surrounding area are farms that produce premium olive oil and honey - these products can be found in the delicatessen sections of local delis. In the center are rustic cafes, bars, bakeries and pizzerias, as well as the Orthodox Church of St. Basil.
