The ski resort of Courmayeur is located in the Val d'Aosta region, which is sometimes called "heavenly". There, the highest mountains in Europe rest against the sky - the majestic Mont Blanc (4807 m) and Monte Rosa (4634 m). The winter resort of Courmayeur, drowning in the green of coniferous forests, is located at the foot of Mont Blanc, which provides truly royal opportunities for downhill skiing.

Conventionally, the resort is divided into 2 large skiing areas.
On the northeastern side, the Chekrit slopes spread out, recommended for intermediate skiers, and the northwestern direction, Val Veni, is the "home" for real professionals.
In the Dolonne and Entreves areas there are lift stations that can be used to climb up to any ski area.In Val Vena, the most popular tracks for professionals are Competizione and Diretta. Also, difficult and at the same time interesting sections for professionals, there is a gap between the peak of the Cross - d'Arps and the picturesque valley of Dolonne.
In these places, the routes run along deserted slopes and skiers have the opportunity to improvise. It is not recommended for beginners, even the most confident ones, to ride here.
There are few easy trails in the region and they are all concentrated at the top of Mot Chetif, whose height reaches almost 2343 meters above sea level. In addition, the tracks Pra Neyron, Chetif and Prato attract attention.
All skiing areas in Courmayeur have a comfortable relief and a comfortable thickness of snow cover, which is created by modern snow guns. For snowboarders and freeriders, both Val Vena and Chekruit have specially equipped high-quality trails, some of which are illuminated at night.
