VACANCY. Airline Ticket Sales Manager (Cashier)

ALF TOUR OPERATOR invites candidates with work experience to join our friendly team for the position of "Airline Ticket Sales Manager (Air Cashier)"!

Candidate Requirements:
- experience in the tourism sector for 2+ years;
- knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo;
- attention to detail;
- ability to switch between tasks;
- knowledge of SAMO-tour will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- selecting routes and coordinating them with the client;
- processing/re-issuing air transport and additional services (extra luggage, meals, seat assignment on board, AVIH/PETC, wheelchair, extraseat, and others);
- supporting travel agents and individual clients;
- checking clients in for the flight;
- maintaining records of processed services.

Working Conditions:
- official employment;
- work in an office in the center of Kyiv (not remote);
- salary based on interview results.
