Men's departure abroad, what will change and for whom on May 18

From May 18, it will be mandatory for certain categories of Ukrainian citizens to have military registration documents when crossing the border, — press service of the State Border Service of Ukraine 
 
From May 18, 2024, inspectors of the State Border Service of Ukraine at checkpoints will check the presence of military registration documents for certain categories of citizens. This category includes:  
📍Reserved for the period of mobilization and wartime; 
📍Recognized according to the conclusion of the military medical commission as unfit for military service due to health; 
📍Who are dependent on three or more children under the age of 18; 
📍Who are raising a child on their own; 
📍Who have a child (children) under the age of 18 and a husband (wife) who is serving in one of the types of military service; 
📍As well as other categories of persons defined in Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization". 
 
However, the procedure for the departure of certain categories of persons remains unchanged, this will not apply to such categories persons: 
📍Persons with disabilities; 
📍Those who accompany persons with disabilities and children with disabilities; 
📍Drivers transporting medical goods and humanitarian aid, carrying out international transportation of goods and passengers; 
📍Specified persons in certain positions and civil service, employees of railway transport enterprises and those related to the maritime and aviation industries, etc.
