Important! "ALF" changes insurance terms.

In the realities of modern tourism, it is extremely important that the client feels protected - both themselves and their funds spent on the purchase of a long-awaited tour abroad. Therefore, from 01.06.2020, we included FINANCIAL risk insurance "European Travel Insurance" - ERV, related to trip cancellation or interruption, in the tour package for all new bookings with departure after 01.07.2020. No hidden surcharges or payments. Now everything is included in the tour price!

What you need to pay attention to when it comes to FINANCIAL risk insurance:

Applies in case of sudden illnesses, and it makes no difference whether it's COVID-19 or ARVI (Acute Respiratory Viral Infection).

Insurance case applies to both inpatient and outpatient treatment.

Covers cancellation costs not only for the sick tourist but also for their relatives.

Non-receipt of a visa or refusal of entry.

Applies in case of forced trip interruption or missing a flight.

ERV medical insurance now also includes payment for the cost of express testing and laboratory tests for COVID-19 in case of confirmation.

Insurance DOES NOT apply to persons over 80 years old.

Insurance DOES NOT apply to non-residents of Ukraine.

Insurance DOES NOT apply during quarantine and force majeure circumstances.

Maximum insured amount up to 2,000 USD per person.

Deductible 20%.

Maximum insurance period - 180 days before the start of the tour, minimum - 1 day.

❗️Important! If your booking was made before 01.06.2020 or if your order consists only of charter tickets and not an entire tour package - you can optionally purchase trip cancellation insurance at a price of 5 USD / EUR per person.
