The promotion includes hotels in Turkey, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Albania, and Greece, which have a special designation in the tour search.

Special prices apply to hotels when booking a tour until 30.06.2020. Travel dates from 01.07 to 31.10.2020. Additionally, as a bonus, the client also receives trip cancellation insurance (more details at https://alf.ua/agency#strah-2)

A 5% prepayment must be made within 2 banking days from the moment the invoice is issued.

Full payment for the booking must be made no later than 15 days before the tour start date, or the booking must be canceled by the customer.

Please note that the first part is paid at the internal exchange rate at the time of invoicing if the booking is confirmed before 18:00. If the booking is confirmed later, the invoice will be issued on the next banking day at the current exchange rate at the time of invoicing. The second part is paid at the internal exchange rate on the day the supplementary payment invoice is issued (the rate may change both downward and upward). The supplementary payment invoice is valid for one banking day. In case of violation of the payment schedule, the invoice will be issued at the current internal exchange rate, but not lower than the rate at the time the first invoice was issued.

It is possible to cancel the entire tour without penalties no later than 15 days before the tour start date.

The prepayment for the canceled booking will be refunded within 5 business days from the date of receiving the original letter for money refund.
