Entering Montenegro by car

Air passengers on flights from Ukraine and Belarus are not required to have a test, while travelers traveling to Montenegro by land must have a recent (taken no later than 72 hours before crossing the border) negative coronavirus test.

In addition, according to the decision of the National Coordination Council of Montenegro (NCC), any person arriving in Montenegro from the territory of Serbia (even in transit) is subject to mandatory 14-day observation in a quarantine facility.
