PCR tests for travel to Bulgaria, extension of decision
The Ministry of Health of Bulgaria has extended the validity period of its decision regarding entry to Bulgaria with negative PCR tests; the new deadline is until 30.04.2021. This means that tourists travelling to Bulgaria until 30.04.2021 must present a negative PCR test, performed no earlier than 72 hours before entry into the territory of Bulgaria.
We remind you of the requirements for the test result:
- the test result must be no older than 72 hours before entry into Bulgaria;
- all tourists, regardless of age, must take the test;
- the personal data of the tourist must be indicated according to the foreign passport (in Latin letters);
- information about the laboratory that conducted the study (name of the institution, address and contact details, date of testing);
- the method (PCR) and the negative result (Negativ) must be written in Latin letters.
