Results can be received as a form, by email, or viewed on the website in the personal account. The original can be picked up at ANY branch regardless of the region where it was taken. English language result forms are issued with a unique QR code that is valid in all countries of the world.
Medical laboratory "LAB DIAGNOSTYKA"	650 UAH/person PCR test for departure 550 UAH/person PCR test after returning to Ukraine	up to 8 hours (issuance time may be longer depending on the distance of the branch from the main laboratory)	Laboratory branches are represented in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. List of branches via the link: http://lab.in.ua/tests/	The result has a QR code. For the result to be issued in English, the tourist must provide an international passport during registration. The tourist can pick up the original test at any branch of the laboratory; this must be notified during registration.
DIAGNOSTYKA PLUS	720 UAH/person	up to 24 hours depending on the time the test is taken. If the test is taken Mon-Sat from 08:00 to 11:00 – the result is ready the same day from 17:00 to 18:00; test taken after 11:00 – result is ready from 14:00 the next day. The original result with a wet seal can be picked up at the addresses: Kharkiv, vul. Maksymilianivska, 10 and Ploshcha Zakhysnykiv Ukrainy, 15.
ADONIS	750 UAH/person	18 hours - Kyiv 48 hours - Obukhiv	Clinic branches are represented in Kyiv and Obukhiv. Also, the original result can be picked up at ANY clinic branch; the translation of the result into English is free (must be notified before taking the test). The main advantage of taking tests at the ADONIS clinic is that it can be done at any time convenient for tourists, as 2 clinic branches work 24/7.
