The first stage of work on unfulfilled requests due to Russian aggression

ALF TOUR OPERATOR begins the first stage of handling bookings, namely "ground services" (accommodation) bookings that were not fulfilled due to Russian aggression in Ukraine. Therefore:
1.  For all bookings that were confirmed up to and including 23.02.2022 and with a tour start date from 24.02.2022, and for which the reserved services were not provided, the funds in UAH equivalent remain in the balance of the agency that created the booking. That is, if 1000 UAH were paid for the booking, then 1000 UAH are on the agency's balance for use.
2.  From 18.05.2022, the funds from GROUND SERVICES (accommodation) bookings that remained on the agency's balance can be used for any new booking without being tied to the tourists or the country that was booked.
3.  Transfers can be arranged for any current ALF TO destinations (package tours, ground services, and tickets) that are published in the online tour search.
