Update of the tourist tax rate (01.04.2026 – 31.03.2027) in Catalonia

Dear colleagues,

We would like to inform you about the update of the tourist tax rate, which will be applied in hotels from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

The new rates will be:

4★ hotels - 1.98 €

3★ hotels - 0.99 €

Please take these changes into account when calculating the cost of accommodation and informing tourists.
