Do you know who Macrobrachium Rosenberg is? We invite you to get acquainted, learn the cultivation technology and taste the largest, giant freshwater shrimp, which can grow up to 30 cm. It is also called Malaysian shrimp in India, or Cherabin in Australia. Macrobrachium is found in all tropical and subtropical regions of the Indo-Pacific region, lives in river mouths in Australia, Vietnam, New Guinea and Malaysia and is grown in the Kyiv region.
At the eco-farm "Ukrainian Shrimp" the production technologist will tell us the history of the origin of this Aqua business.
At the tasting we will try grilled shrimp with salad mix and lime or sashimi raw marinated drunken shrimp or fondue - your choice.
Next - the already famous, popular Galayki. White goats are waiting for communication, and we get acquainted or meet again with the farm "Babyny Kozy", admire the sociable inhabitants of the Zaanen breed, listen to stories and little-known facts about their lives, and learn to milk.
At the cheese tasting with a glass of wine, products will be presented, the production of which takes from one day to several years. Cheeses "Fresh", "Pavlyk", "Skipper", "Galaysky", as well as milk, butter, yogurt and soap with different flavors can be purchased in the farm shop
18:00 - approximate time of return to Teremka.
