Implementation of fuel tax

Dear partners and clients!

We would like to inform you that due to the sharp increase in fuel costs and the corresponding increase in transportation costs, ALF Tour Operator is forced to introduce a fuel surcharge as part of the tourist product.

For new bookings made from 09.04.2026, the fuel surcharge, current as of 08.04.2026, is already reflected in the package. If this service is not included in the application, this means that the booking was made without taking into account the current fuel surcharge as of the specified date.
The fuel surcharge is displayed as a separate service as part of the package and is immediately calculated into the cost in the tour search. Provided that there is no further significant increase in fuel costs, additional surcharges will not be applied to requests that already include a fuel surcharge.

In order to minimize the impact on your reservations and ensure predictability, for requests confirmed before 09.04.2026, information about a possible fuel surcharge will be provided in stages* - in notifications to requests, according to the arrival dates:
10.04.2026 - departures from 01.05 to 15.05.2026
24.04.2026 - departures from 16.05 to 31.05.2026
11.05.2026 - departures from 01.06 to 15.06.2026
26.05.2026 - departures from 16.06 to 30.06.2026
10.06.2026 - departures from 01.07 to 15.07.2026
25.06.2026 - departures from 16.07 to 31.07.2026
10.07.2026 - departures from 01.08 to 15.08.2026
24.07.2026 - departures from 16.08 to 31.08.2026
10.08.2026 - departures from 01.09 to 15.09.2026
26.08.2026 - departures from 16.09 to 30.09.2026
*phasedness is approximate and may differ from actual notifications regarding fuel surcharges by the date of departure of the application

This approach allows you to take into account market changes as correctly as possible and reduce the burden on you and your tourists.

This decision was made in accordance with the terms of the agency agreement and the mandate agreement (clauses 6.2, 8.11), the tourist service agreement (clauses 5.8, 7.2, 7.2.2, 7.2.3), as well as the provisions of Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism".

We understand that such changes may create additional inconvenience, but this is a forced step due to a significant increase in transportation costs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these market factors, so we are forced to adjust the cost of tourist products in accordance with the current situation.
