Mati is a resort village located approximately 35 kilometers northeast of Athens, not far from the legendary city of Marathon. In the area of ​​the Marathon valley, where in the distant year 490 BC. the famous Battle of Marathon took place. In all respects, this place is a pleasant place to relax. The port of Rafina, near these resorts, is the second largest in Attica.
