Tours according to the NBU rate

All of us in tourism are dreamers and a little bit of wizards. Therefore, we are absolutely not made for mathematical formulas and difficult calculations.
We received numerous requests from agents to restore the online option to view tour prices in currency and a simple, understandable exchange rate. And we decided to do it.
So, from 16.02.2021, we draw your attention to the fact that on the Alf website you can now easily convert the cost of any tour into currency, using this option in our online system.
Please note that the invoice is issued exclusively in Hryvnia (UAH) at the NBU exchange rate on the day the tour is confirmed (if the tour was confirmed on a working day before 18:00). We fix the exchange rate of the first invoice for 2 banking days. More details on payment terms and invoicing.
You don't need to complete a course in higher mathematics to tell the tourist the amount of the additional payment for their booking. No complicated arithmetic, hidden fees, or overly complex formulas. Everything is easy and transparent. Payment in Hryvnia at the NBU exchange rate.
These rules apply to all new bookings made from 16.02.2021. For all bookings made before 15.02.2021, the remaining amount was fixed in UAH, and additional payments are calculated using the coefficient of dividing the NBU exchange rates on the date of payment and the date of confirmation. If the coefficient of dividing the exchange rates is less than one, the amount in UAH does not change; if the coefficient is greater than one, the remaining amount is multiplied by the resulting coefficient.

Important, from February 16, all agents must conclude an updated agreement with the Alf company. If you already have access to our online system – the agreement is generated automatically in the agent's personal account (the "Agreements" tab). For new users – you need to fill out the registration form
