MONTENEGRO. Restrictions from 10.03.2021
By the decision of the Ministry of Health of Montenegro dated 10.03.2021, quarantine measures have been strengthened in the following municipalities (Opštinas): Budva, Tivat, Herceg Novi, Ulcinj, Podgorica, Nikšić, Cetinje, Kotor, Plužine, Bar, Pljevlja. The restrictions include the prohibition of the operation of catering establishments, shopping and sports centers, the operation of schools and kindergartens, and visiting parks. Entry and exit from these municipalities without valid grounds is prohibited.
To enter Montenegro from Ukraine, you must now have:
A PCR test performed no earlier than 48 hours, or
A positive antibody test (IgG class) performed no earlier than 30 days, or
Proof of vaccination with the second dose of the vaccine, at least 7 days before entry.
