The second stage of work on unfulfilled requests due to Russian aggression

ALF TOUR OPERATOR is launching the second stage of processing bookings that were unfulfilled due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.

The second stage includes all "package bookings" (bus and air packages), "charter ticket" bookings (bus and air), and advertising tour bookings, which were created and confirmed before 23.02.2022, with a tour start date from 24.02.2022 and for which the booked services were not provided. The funds for such bookings, in UAH equivalent, have been credited to the balance of the agency that created the booking (the booking status in the personal account does not change). That is, if 1000 UAH was paid for the booking, then 1000 UAH is available on the agency's balance for use.

The funds on the agency's balance can be used for any new booking without being tied to the tourists or the country that was booked.

Funds from advertising tour bookings can be used for the current advertising tour or for payment of any agency booking.

EXCEPTIONS:

• GDS bookings and bookings whose package included air tickets on regular flights, and after booking, these tickets were purchased. To clarify the amount of funds that can be used for these bookings, please contact us via private messages related to the booking;

• package tours to the Egypt destination. To clarify the amount of funds that can be used for these bookings, please contact us via private messages related to the booking.

Re-crediting is possible for any current ALF TO destinations (package tours, ground services, and tickets) that are published in the online tour search.
